But seriously, there is no timeframe. It may not happen for months, it may happen right now. Only blizz knows for sure

There's really no way to know. It could be today ... it could be tomorrow ... it could be months. Sometimes blizzard will ban individual accounts and sometimes they'll do a banwave and ban a crapload of people all at once. Only Blizzard knows.

OP: it will more likely be months, than days or weeks.

As a cautionary note, you might want to create a second/additional license, that has access to Guild/Gold/Mats (whatever you hold dear). Then, should you be suspended, at least you have access. Also, in my experience, the license that was 'flagged' is suspended... even if you transfer characters away from that license; ergo, if you feel nervous, and have the money, then transfer your 'main(s)' to a new license (same Battle net is fine).
