How long should you wait after new patch?

Hello all, I'm new to Honorbuddy and was reading a forum post yesterday. Some people say we should wait a couple days after a blizzard patch before using honorbuddy again just to be on the safe side. Is this true? Now that the new honorbuddy patch is out is it safe to give it a go or should I wait 3-4 days?
