how long it takes to level from 1-110? Tank Class.

There's a lot of factors that go into this..

Are you wearing heirlooms?
Do you have gold for bags?
Do you have the chauffeur mount?
Are you going to be around to babysit?
Do you understand that there may be things that you may need to do on your own?

If you answer yes to all these questions, you can do it in around 3 days played time.

For me, the easier way to level is to buy another Legion account since you get a free 100 boost with Legion. They cost $60 USD if you're starting from a starter pack, which is exactly what a boost will cost.

Once dungeonbuddy is working better, the fastest way is to 5 man RAF dungeobuddy to 100 and then quest. I don't think DB is quite ready in HB3 for that to happen yet though.

115+ hours now, level 90.
(it mean almost 5 days, on /played)

May be a bit less, since i've been stuck on loop/grind zone chilling without quest or others, but still an idea.

So yeah, you aren't getting them anywhere near $30

It's a good deal and cheaper than what Blizz charges still.

BattleChest is $5 every Christmas . Stock up you can gift them to your emails . you know you will use them after bans.
Legion is $49 comes with lvl 100 boost.

Blizzard will give you a level 90 boost for old WoD keys.... tons of store cut prices on WoD and you can ask at your game shops if they have any old WoD. walmart sold me 4 WoD copy's for $9.99 each. 4 level 90 boost
