How long does it take to get the key send to email?

i just bought 1 month pokefarmer key, and i havent received email yet! how long does it take to get it?

Hi, Annabee,

Key delivery is almost instantaneous, or a few minutes at worst. If you have not gotten the email, you need to check the spam directories on both your mail client and server-side.

As a worst case, create your account on the Buddy Auth Portal, and your keys are available there. This article will get you started with that process:

i didnt yet receive email, i did chek the spam directories, last time i got key in just few min delivered to my email. But this time it has gone now like 5 days since i payed?

The days are counting from the first login, no panic
The best way will be registering on buddyauth with the same e-mail.

I would suggest checking with buddyauth.com and see if the key is already in there and waiting.

If nothing is there, check you payment method (ie. paypal to see the status of payment)

If nothing shows up there, then it will be time to send an email to support or you can just click Pokefarmer - Pokemon Go Farm Robot and click support on there and let them know, as they will have access to keys and payments.

If you were behind a vpn or proxy when you made the purchase then you won't get the license key. Bossland will cancel the order.
