How long does it take before I get new key?

I bought a new key since my "lifetime" key just expired.. I have gotten the confirmation mail that my product will be sent, but I have not received a key. When can I expect to get it?

Now I received a mail saying that my order has been cancelled, but I no explanation as to why... And the reserved transaction on my credit card is not canceled. This does not seem good...

Fingers crossed lol, they probably changed the terms from 1 year to not at all and now you actually have to resub again to get another contract
