How long does activation take when paying via moneybookers?

I've had to pay via moneybookers becuase of a problem with my paypal account, is there a general rule of thumb of how long it takes for the account to become active?

Paid via Visa...

From my understanding, the account needs to be manually activated and basically wondering if Boss sets aside some time per day to do these or simply as per required.

I've sent a PM, awaiting reply, however I understand he's probably busy.

You will recieve an email saying the moneys have been accepted, and then it works.

36 hours after the initial payment has been made and I'm still waiting... is this normal? Really would like to start using the test build and reporting back problems (if any).

Not with moneybrokers, they have to be reviewed by hand and with all the updates, changes, fixes, and account stuff going on in the last few days there's a bit of a backlog.
