How long do you give your bots a break?

If I bot for 12-24 hours, how long should I give it a break? 3 hours? 6 hours?

I'm using gatherbuddy and mining and getting herbs and stuff like that.

I don't use breaks but I bot when I "normal" so when I back from school in the moring etc. I use breaks only when there is an holiday so then I leave my mac 27/7 on

Dont give it any breaks. Bot 24/7 and don't create a new account when you're banned.
