i normally do like 10 hours or so, it depends what im doing, i tend to do smaller test bursts then anything.
 
8-16 hours depending on the day, I like to mix it up. When there is no competition, I bot for 16 hours, when there is a lot of competition like on weekends, I don't even try, or I bot early in the AM.
 
Usually 3-4 during day depending on if i dont want to actually do something ingame or not, then around 6-10 hours over night every other night
 
5-12h usually, few times a week full 24h session give or take few hours.
 
I'm botting 3 accounts pretty much 24 hours on the weekdays.

...of course, I get disconnected here or there or need to reboot HonorBuddy from time to time.

Longest session: 10hrs
 
Normally 6-8 hours on weekdays and 10-14 hours on weekends. That amount feels pretty safe to me (been doing that much for over a year now), especially because i know plenty of people who play more than that by hand.
 
for the 4 days my bot has been running 24/7, with Arelog. And I plan on keeping it going until gametime runs out next month to see how much I can make.
 
botting 24/7 isnt an issue ;D
done it for such along time now, no bans yet..
and its all on SoR accs.. only lost 1, due to flamming of a GM xD
 
I try to bot 24/7. But that doesn't always work because of the problems you encounter. I switch from character every one or two days.

Im curious what you guys that are running 24/7 have your bot doing? I herb and mine over night and get so much ore and herbs i couldnt imagine needing more.. Are u leveling alts? Farming honor?
 
I'm levelling all the classes which i think are fun to play at highest level. Get them all some pvp gear and max out there professions. After that i'm gooing to purchase a second account for farming. And if i get banned.. well i just start all over again :P
 
i'm 24/7 mining, and I sell about 1200 stacks of ghost iron every other day for about 35k.

I bot almost 14-16 hours a day depending if I have raid or leveling alts.
But when I bot herbs I do 14-16 hours, sometimes even more.

Never had ban. Or in start of MoP I got perm ban for economy abuse, so I called them and they told me it was an automated tool and removed it with no "criminal record" or warning or anything. Just removed it. :)

I don't understand how I can get away with doing this in WoW with 5+ accounts but in D3 I get banned within a few hours?
