How long do u lie low after a 72hr suspension.

Got 2 accounts. Hit with a 72hr my 3rd was perm slapped. Wondering how long I should lie low on the ones with the 72hr suspensions when I get them back.

Laying low isn't gonna help you by much these accounts are gonna be banned sooner then a account that isn't marked I believe a few days to week but it won't reduce your banchances much if you're gonna use gatherbuddy/bgbuddy and bot for long times.
