I was recently banned for hacks like many of you. At the time, I was not actually even botting when i was DC'd and then the 202 error came up. This is my main account and I was only banned once before, for an improper guild name, for 3 hours. I opened a ticket with a lame excuse, blamed on a family member. I recieved a cookie cutter reply saying blahblahblah tos blahblahblah still banned. I waited a couple hours and sent another ticket about lesson learned and the account means so much to me. Next thing I know, I get a ticket saying account reinstated dont do it again. Less than an 18 hour perma ban. I think what they want to see is a genuine interest in the account. Kind of insuring that it isn't a gold selling commodity.
