how fast can you level a toon from 0-85 via questing?

Nope, as has been stated innumerable times: reporting doesn't do anything. Numbers do it all though. If blizzard sees someone actively questing continuously for 60+ hours they will simply ban them due to the numbers not adding up. No human will be able to do something like that (as has been proven countless times by people in the far east attempting to do this and dying at their computer).

While 60 hours maybe a stretch, I do have a real life friend that was addicted to EQ and stayed up for 43 hours straight before passing out. I think he was camping a rare spawn, but I'm not sure.

Such cases are rare however, and it's best to avoid any activity that gives your toon attention.
