Just out of curiosity. I wondering if they will ban my entire bnet eventually. I have no clue how blizzard oparate they baning, so my situation is that all of my accounts are under same battle.net I got few licences that I bot with, another one that I just play. I'm not a dealer nor gold seller.

Main concern is, are non boting accounts is safe?

***NOTICE OF LICENSE TERMINATION***

Account: WOW X
Offense: Use of Bots or Third-Party Automation Software

Blizzard has terminated this World of Warcraft license after identifying the usage of bots or other cheat software.

These programs (commonly called cheats, bots, and hacks) automate certain aspects of gameplay, or provide unintended advantages and abilities to the player. This type of cheating undermines other players' experience and severely upsets the balance of the game environment.

Blizzard reserves the right to terminate access for conduct of this nature, with or without warning, as noted in the World of Warcraft Terms of Use:
Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use

No point unbaning and paying blizz for account that will be banned again, my main concern is if will they ban entire battle.net if I keep botting on other licences, since I am same person who plays all accounts.

1. Yes, there is point to unban it ofc. I have multiple accounts, which were perma banned 2 or 3 times already, and they are still up, after more than 2 years. And all the 90s are druids or paladins with mining+herbalism only!
The tip here is - the 1st offence record is cleared after ~ 6 months, so you can get 2nd chance again and again, as long as there is 6 months between the bans :)

2. They ban the offending (or call it caught) license only, not the entire bnet. No legal reasons to ban account, not involved in actions against TOU/EULA. Blizzard have common sense too, just like anyone else, after all :)

3. They know you play them, of course :D But only ban entire bnet only if you are caught in severe exploitation, like duping, selling tons of gold, or making laugh with Blizzard, like the emo kid from Ownedcore, who made account, named it after Bossland, and public twitching his leveling with Kicks 24/7.

Then thankfully, he got heavy ban on all the accounts, which have ever touched not only his computer, but all the computers in his personal LAN.

He was not only laughing at Blizz that way, but impersonating Bossland, and doing silly and pointless actions against our community at all!
