Ok, i had been using my account to gather for 2 months for about 8hrs everyday, 2+ hours of playing it ran flawless, i had just started up my bot and started another game when i heard my WIM notification go off, so i tabbed back to a chat with a GM where he said i had modified game files, and he was removing me from the game, my buddy had been banned on d3 before, and he said Locked means there investigating, banned is banned, suspended is suspended, so after 3 days of it being "locked" i open a ticket and said this
"Ok, i was on WoW gathering, and a gm messaged me, i responded and he continued to ramble on and i didnt even had the chance to respond, i was there playing 100% and i saw something about altering the game, i have never altered the game and am extremely curious, i love WoW and i keep coming back to it, i dont see how this could happen to someone like me, i canceled my wow subscription to use prepaid cards, and shortly after i get taken out of the game."
(i had just canceled my wow membership to pay for it via wow gold, this happened less than an hour after) There response was this
Greetings,

Thank you for taking the time to contact Blizzard Entertainment Customer Support. I hope this message finds you doing well. I really appreciate your patience as we try to resolve petitions as soon as possible.

An additional review of the action has been completed. We have confirmed our initial findings, and the action will not be reversed or changed.

We understand that you may still have concerns regarding the action, but we must reiterate that it was taken to address a violation of the Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation), which all players accept before logging into the game.

We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to enjoy their time in our games. Thank you for respecting our position.
Overall, i find honorbuddy a great program, and if used responsibly it is hard to tell if botting, i got careless "oh ill only get suspended for 72 hrs and when that happens ill be a lot more cautious" but that wasnt the case.

I honestly believe dungeon buddy was the cause of my ban, as i had done this back in 2011 except use dungeon buddy, and i left dungeon buddy unsupervised for 52-60 on my priest healer (singular) because something came up and i had to leave, honestly is there anyway i can go about fixing this? thanks!

appeal again or start over i have done it with my gold making accounts twice now when i first started but that was because i was careless and wasnt funneling the gold through low cost dont care if its banned accounts before selling to a site. honestly blizzard probably doesnt really have to much evidence against you for botting what i see that throws a red flag is:

buying game time with gold is pretty much selling gold and most gold sites offer this. even with the pregame card code they gave u, you still associated with one of their reps in game and did a gold transfer which is one of the big areas blizzard tracks for economy abusers. you get flagged and then when investigated seen possible logs showing your botting or mulitple reports from players saying your a bot.

this might not be the case this is just my opinion of what i think probably happened to your account.

I hadn't bought the game time yet. and i was gonna buy it from a 3rd party via skype

off topic 3rd party, you mean friend? there are also a lot of sellers on skype and site reps use skype during transactions, i understand that u hadnt done this yet just saying in future be leary of who u transact with they may being monitored to be banned. and in association get you banned as well. if it was just a guildy or friend that you were making the deal with then that really doesnt apply to what i said earlier.
ok back to topic hmm probably just a good amount of player reports might have gotten you investigated.
high risk factors i seen above:
1. using a well used profile for gathering(yes there is risk with a custom cuz ur hitting the same points for hrs but not as high as when there are a couple thousand hitting those same exact points all the time.)
2. not supervising bot during dungeon buddy/BGbuddy(bot bugs players report) not saying db/bgbuddy is risky but garenteed around players so everything has to go right. i use 2 screens put instancing toon on one and watch a movie on the other to keep an eye on it.
3. 150+ auctions a day yeah its not to excessive and it probably didnt cause any harm this time(you didnt get the economy abuse email like i did lol) but if ur name is in the AH a lot everyday with a large amount of stock competitors sometimes report people(bad practice) but people do it. unless your using professions its a lot easier to find a bulk buyer or 5 of raw mats(if thats what you were selling) and cod it keeps your alts name out of the AH so much.
4. same account that has been banned for exploits before(on a different game) but either way probably didnt help when they did their review. ( especially if they detected demonbuddy as the bot on d3 with the blizzard vs bossland suit going on in court right now lol)

no one other than blizzard can really be sure of where or how they got your account and yeah it sucks im sorry ive been there. once again this is just my opinion im not trying to state any fact. if you bot again bot safe and bot on man.

not sure why you are complicating things. you used gatherbuddy and now you are permabanned. JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE THAT RUNS GB2 DAILY.

no mystery
