How does the guild vault run work?

I've never actually used this option and I was wondering, does that feature just hearth and put the items in the guild bank then log off, or go back to the spot it was farming in and continue to farm?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

yep it will hearth it will go to the bank and it will fly back to the farming spot
