How does one make a profile

There is a grind spot in frostfire ridge which i seen on a streamer. Its this little cave where you go in and you step on these eggs and these npcs come out with 10k health and they respawn pretty dam fast while giving like 500 exp at level 90-92.

A word of warning about 'quick respawn' areas...
We know nothing about the specific area you are considering, but Bliz considers many 'quick respawn' areas as exploits and will ban toons that take advantage of this. They will do this for bots and non-bots alike. But, if you are botting when you get caught for an exploit, there will be very little chance it can be overturned.
