How do you use Dungeonbuddy?

OK, so 1 day i open honorbuddy , and switch the drop down tab to Dungeonbuddy
then click start, my character Que's /// enters//// fights ... repeat
this was working for almost all of my characters
paladin/dk/rogue/druid/mage/shamen

so lastnight...
on my monk i i kept getting this red message error saying you did not select any valid slots.
I manually Que'ed for random, and the bot auto accepted the Que and entered and did the dungeon...
and it never had problems Queuing again.

Now today I go to Que on my Shadow priest..
bot says Queing for dungeons... in game i get the same red text error message you did not select any valid slots.

I thought ok, maybe this is just some bug in my folder...

deleted honorbuddy/ deleted the users/appdata

downloaded the latest HB from this website.


now for allllll of my characters i get this in game error you did not select any valid slots.

I never ever ever ever had this problem. why am i getting this all of the sudden?

This error also happened to me i think that you may have to manually go into thbe dungeon finder window and select a role then i will go fine after, otherwise try going into the bot options and seeing the settings.
may help but not 100% sure.

This is a little off topic but, does Dungeonbuddy really work that well? I've always been leery about using it.

yah first when i started haveing problems with my monk..
thats what i did was manually Que and then i never had issues again.

tryed the same method with Priest and priest enters and does not attack
so i deleted everything honorbuddy related..
and now all of my characters get this error.

but yah back in 2.5.xxxx.507
I updated to .513 and never had a problem..
until i deleted the folder and then downloaded a fresh copy of the latest .513

so there must be Files or something in .507 version that are Required and are not provided in .513..

atleast thats what it looks like to me.


attempting to do a Disk defrag to see if that would help clear any issues.

when i mean slots... I MEAN SLOTS!!!!
not role's such as tank/dps/heals

b/c i checked those....
and if u uncheckmark all of those... honorbuddy tells you that its changeing your roles... so thats Def not the problem.

yeah some of the dungs works well. ive only used it from 5x-80 now, i did sunken temple specific , almost all of the "common" BC dungs work, so you can just use random. lich king dungs, nexus and utgrade keep works good.
