How do you run dungeons solo?

Probably a nub question but how do I get to a dungeon by myself and invite people to do it with me??

When I join as a group I don't see any way to leave the party or dungeon without returning to the place I was when I started queuing

you have to do 1 or two things.

Best way is to fly to the instances manualy..

second is to let yourself die insside the instance..
leave party while dead
and when you get to your body you should be alive outside the instance
