How do you manage inventory?

Currently running bot in NY. The items get full in an hour even if I have 1000 inventory.
Any tips to manage this situation?

So is this manager works after the inventory get full?
It seems like the bot keep collecting all the items.

it gets rid of stuff as you pick it up i normally get rid of potions and revives but you can input how many you want to keep on you and the bot will keep collecting but it will regulate it based on the settings you have

Just confirmed that thr bot remove items after the bag is full. Thanks bro
