How do you appeal several accounts?

Got 6 accounts perm banned earlier today and wondering how to appeal pretty much linked accounts, by SoR, IP and same name on all.

You cant use same appeal?
What should I write anyway?

They wont check all that stuff. Just appeal at a 3-4 hour frequency. What you dont want is the same GM to get all of the appeals.
