if i wanted to run a toon through instances say for example

i want to use my 80 tank to run my lowbie alt through instances - but i want my lowbie shaman to bot behind him and heal if needed... how do i go about that?

choose "raf" for your lowbie from the dropdown menu

You run tank (either by hand of using a profile) Then have the shaman set on RAF Mode, You'll need a healing CC for shammy, or it might try to dps.
