How do I use the bot to boost my low level chars with a 85 in low level dungeons?

ie: I want to use my level 85 Druid to boost my level 61 DK on dungeons that the bot can run.

How to do this?

Yes but i don't think it's worth it if you don't have RAF

You can try setting your level 85 on farming mode in instance buddy and just move your DK by hand. Not AFKable though.
