How do i update SVN

There are certain files that i think updates have been given to but i do not know how to check for updates on my tortoise files. Do i have to just download the latest version off their website?

right click on folder and then SVN update

Just the whole tortoise folder? Because when i right click any of kicks profiles that option does not appear and when o go to TortoiseSVN> it only says settings and help

Im downloading the latest version of SVN atm maybe it will solve the problem.
