How do I update honourbuddy2 properly. When new version is released ?

I am new to HB2 but since i began trying HB2 a new version has been released.
How to I correctly update to the new version of honourbuddy2 ?

Are there any other steps I need to take to make sure the new version installs properly ie
delete the previous version of honourbuddy2 ?

or do I just extract the newest version over the top of the previous honourbuddy2 version ?

can somebody please explain this too me ?

The new HB have a auto-update function - so you have to do nothing^^
