How do I start a Questing profile

Hi Support,

I have downloaded Kick's 1-90 leveling profiles and I have no idea how I am supposed to use them.

I have selected Questing and chosen the profile I wanted to use, however my character just stood there.

Am I meant to be in the correct zone before I start the profile? Or can I start it from anywhere and expect it to get there?
