How do I setup Profession Buddy and GB2 Properly?

I've tried to set it up and ran it all night but It only got my skill up from 1 to 120ish on both Mining and Herbalism.
I guess I'm setting something up wrong, Can anyone guide me through this to properly set it up?
 
Meh I think I fixed it myself, I guess i had to do something with Height Modifier
