How do I set up Professionbuddy

Is there any guide here that can tell me how to set up professionbuddy to use some these profiles found here?
if not, can somebody please briefly how i can use professionbuddy to level a profesion.

There's instructions in the PB thread.

Basically I do this -
Set bot to questing and load a questing profile.
Enable PB in the plugins, open the settings for PB, load the PB profile, click start and away it goes.
