How do I set up a Combat Routine for my Frost Mage?

As I see it, you have two options:

1 - Download a CR that is something like what you are looking for and attempt to decipher how they are setup by examining the existing files.

I have found many people to be very helpful on these forums when you ask questions in the appropriate sections and include your log files. As such, you could do some reading to begin understanding the CR process, and then ask questions as they arise in the Dev section.
