how do i set honorbuddy relogger to try logging once every 15 minute?

bascially when server restart usually last 15min to one hour, i would like the logger to try logging in one time every 15 minutes to avoid spamming the blizzard log in server

...why? When I legitimately play I spam log in on my 2nd screen till my realm is up. Tick "Act slow" though, it will check like once every 2-4 minutes. More human like.
