How do I run HBrelog?

I have just downloaded HBrelog into a folder by using SVN. The thing is, I simply can't find an exe-file to run/start the program. I have looked though all the folders and files in the HBrelog svn-checkpoint folder without any luck. I have used HBrelog half a year ago, and I didn't experience any problems by finding the icon back then.

Is there something I am missing?

It should be bin\release\hbrelog.exe

The bot is down at the moment though because of the patch.
