How do I make PB change character & profile?

Hi,

I apologize for asking for something that may be obvious to some of you, but how do I make ProfessionBuddy change character & profile?

I'd like my setup to be like this:

Start @ Selling character
Get mail
Post everything to AH
Loop until mailbox is empty
Change to Farming Character
Load Profile
Go to work
Until I press stop.

Thanks in advance. I'd really appreciate it if somebody could help me out here or point me in the right direction.
