How do i make hbrelog work?

I downloaded hbrelog from the svn but after that i'm confused as to how i'm supposed to get it to work? I guess i am just in need of a step by step process as to how to do it. Sorry for being an idiot btw

You downloaded wrong, you downloaded the source.
