How do I make a profile? What options are there?

I have seen all the nice profiles which have been made, and they are really nice.

I have some more questions to the profiles.

Can I code other things than hotspots?
Can I code timers / wait option so the tank can cover? or take a new action based on time?
Can I ask the tank to reverse to a hotspot? (driving out of a cover)

All or some of those thing might be possible, but custombehavior is not yet in(if I hear it right) and I also wait information for that.
