How do I log into Honnerbuddy ?

Hey Coder and Programmer of Honnerbuddy.

why is that so complicated to Order and Log in into Honnerbudy.

I did Search into your forum ( which is not sortet very well )
and I tryed the Loging Datas you send me with email after I did pay with paypal.
i cant login with this data.
Also I tryed to edit my profile and enter this Data you gave me in this Forum. I think it doesnt accept them and I dont really understand which data I have to add to the EDIT PROFILE Page ? the ones in the email I got or the ones I did use to register into yuor Honnorbuddy shop. Both are not accepted anyway.
The Honnerbudy login wants a user name and PW and a Key
thats 3 Data I have to enter. and Nothing works I cant login !

please help me and tell me how I can fix that !

you need a username and a password

after your purchase(in case thats was successful)you should have an email from us with your login info

the key is there in case you have bought a paid flying plugin,so for now skip this part


in case you dont have an email from us(check your spam list as well) you have to open a new thread on payments section and Bossland will check it asap
 
Try logging in here first, with the credentials you were mailed...

Until that works for you, the Honorbuddy client won't work.

Next, download and install the Honorbuddy client from here.

If you have any questions, there is plenty of information in our Wiki and Honorbuddy Guides forum.

I've been told Honorbuddy is the easiest bot to setup and use on the market by several people with experience in such things. However, any complex piece of software is not going to be click-and-go--you will have to read and do your homework.

Ok I received the email with the username and the PW
I do understand that I have to use that 2 Datas to login.
I can login into the link you gave me : Log On - Buddy Auth Portal
But the same Data?s ( PW and LOGIN copied with copy and paste, wound work to loging with that honerbuddy.exe tool
it allways says :

Shared sessions : 0/=
Please purchase a Buddy product
Authentication Failed

Do I have to do something else before I can login into that honnerbudy Tool ?
I think there is something wrong because with copy and paste I cant do anything wrong..

there is nothing I can choose

I though't it might be better to post here, as i'm having a similar issue.
I've purchased a single session of honorbuddy. I recieved my email as you've said above.
However when i login to honorbuddy it get this..

I CAN login to Buddy auth portal, and i've linked my account to the shop. Does it just take time?
 
does it matter :

my Email account from Forum is a other one then I used to pay with paypal
and the one I used to register into your Shop was also a different one.

Or does it just take time until the bot is open to use ?

With a "Sessions: 0/0", I'd post an issue in the Payments Issues Forum which will bring it to Bossland's attention (the only person that can resolve this). I can't answer the question of "does it just take time" competently, but my guess is "I don't think so".

Bossland sometimes works on the weekend and sometimes not. He usually looks at his mail and the Payment Issues Forum between 8-11am UTC.

I appreciate your frustration when you want to get going. :D

Shop credentials and Forum credentials are independent. The Authorization portal and the Honorbuddy client want your Shop credentials (the ones you used to purchase the product, and were sent with the email).

This is not really a very good Start.
Today is Sunday and the only day I have time to cofigure that.
This really Sucks.
During the next week I will not have any time to set up the Bot and learn everything.

I dont think so. This was the complicated purchase I ever made !!
I do own myself 2 Internet Virtua Mart Shops
And this was really to complicate for me and took me to long to find the right product I need and to pay.

I hope you can find my Paymend. because it was 100% taken off my Paypal acccount.
And the Money should arive at your paypal account for sure.

The Login Datas you send with Email are not working. Dont know why.

How can that be ? I received the Username and Password. And there is no session. WTF is going on.
I have also seen that in the Payment Issues Forum, there are many other users with the same Problem !!
 
Yeah, it seems that there have been a lot of payment issues today. Maybe something going on with the payment server not updating as it should?

Just give it a bit and Bossland will straighten everyone out. Remember, today is Sunday and most people don't work on weekends. I think Bossland may check in here from time to time on the weekends so you may see some movement today but don't be surprised if nothing happens until tomorrow.

This is a small company and remember that even with a large company like Apple you're not going to see a response for 12-24 hours.
