How do I get this to work?

Title ^^. I downloaded the bot, entered the key and got the bot to the main screen. How ever nothing happens when i press start. I can't find any profiles to use so I guess the bot is not launching anything. What do I have to do to setup the bot? I can't find any useful threads here. Im using BETA version of Exilebuddy, also downloaded those two things required to run the bot.
