How do I get my key????

So I have my email to the account for the auth portal, but i can't reset my password without the username. IDK my username, what do i do? I've tried contacting email, no response. Help???

forum support cannot help with key or payment related issues. Please write an email to [email protected] with all info (like payment info) you have and they will help.
