How do I get Mixed-AV to work?

I want my death knight, who is 70, to grind on mobs in borean while also doing AV. But I do not know how to get it to work. Halp?
 
Choose mixed-av, press start.

What specifically isn't working? Its not queuing? Its not accepting the port?
