How do i get a refund

Hello title says all I didn't get what I paid for this bot has way to many flaws and I am unable to go afk for 5 minutes without the bot displaying a disconnect message (I'm not actually dcd but the bot pauses until the error disappears). I have tried the plugin but it does not resolve this issue. This obviously isnt the only flaw with the bot.

So how can I get my money back for the 3* 1 year sessions I paid for and am unable to clearly use?

Sounds like user error to me. Also you paid for anti warden security. Streamlined farming is around the corner.
 
Try the new test build my bots have been left alone all day since it was released and work fine. Use some of the great community coded plugins like unstuck 1.7 or 1.8(i prefer 1.7 just restart the game its easier).

There is more than 1 d3 bot with anti warden security. Also not a user error maybe you should check around the forums.
 
Just curious question but have you ever used bots before, or any sort of program like this in ANY game? I admit they are a puzzle at first, easier if you have had experience with many other forms of cheats/hacks that have been made in all sorts of diff languages. I bought this about 24hrs ago now, I found a sarkoth profile anda few plugins and im already happily running inferno sarkoth making 350-370k GPH. Just because a few errors and such happen doesn't mean you should give up. ask for help, try other things.

I understand your POV but I have made as you can see 21 posts / threads about this issue and not ONE demonbuddy staff member has posted about the issue or a future update including any fix to it. I know for a fact I am not the only person with this issue there is countless threads / posts about it.

Before anybody suggests using the NotificationOKClick plugin it does not work with this error.

god honestly people like this got to stop complaining... what did you expect when you bot first released when they released the bot they said there was some issues with it day by day the bot is getting stronger, fine get a refund if you want but when you decide to come back when the bot is more stable.. you will need to pay more in price... since the release they did lower the princeand they will start raising it again your loss.

maybe cause there trying to fix the bot..? as we speak there's someone doing something to improve the bot.
 
I don't see why a few of the users are giving him a hard time. He didn't mindlessly flame the staff, he didn't toss a hissy fit or make a big argument. If the guy feels like he isn't getting the service he thought he'd be getting, then let him sort it out with the staff. He opened a thread asking how he could do this, not how you can all tell him how he's wrong. Whether or not you agree with him is besides the point.
