How do i fix this error please

i have a 150 rpm hash key not due to expire yet

it sounds like exactly that, you have a temp ban. Possibly from running to many requests per minute, have you shared your key at all?

nope no sharing, average revs around 10 -11 rpm

Strange. Though we dont fully support hash keys in here, please check with the bot provider you are using (not the hashing provider which is us) and see if they have any input for you.
