How do i find a portal hash tag

I got this from another profile and the portalMarkerHash is for Cavern of Frost Act3 Field of Slaughter. I need to find the one for the IceFall Caverns can anyone help with this?

the "info dumping" tab of demonbuddy, theres a button "dump markers". it will print a list of them in the demonbuddy window.
