currently making 250-300k at lvl 80. I have fastest mount plus 4 peices of exp bonus gear. What else do i need to do? I have read people getting 700-800k an hour? i dont loot the mobs, im only skilled to 375 or whatever it is.

It depends on your level.
If you kill a mob at lvl 50 you get about 1000 xp? (not sure if thats correct) and if you kill one at 82 you get 7000 xp. Archaeology scales like that aswell.
