How do I appeal a "Closed" Account

I never had any previous warnings or even a 72 hour ban... could someone help me appealing a closed permanently banned account?

Info about the account?

SoR-account? Put up the story like you're an old school-player coming back after a long break.
Real main-account? Don't act like WoW is your life but tell some things about it, just to build up a story behind the appeal.
Playing on different IP's sometimes/using *****-services? Act like you were hacked, or well that someone was using your account sometimes (which you werent aware of, ofcourse).
Been getting "suspicious activity-mails" lately? Say that you're afraid someone else has been having control over your account (like above).
New battlechest-account? Don't act like a complete noob but deny pretty much everything they say, you don't know anything about botting/exploiting or however.

Thanks Ducks, to be honest, I don't even think I have a chance of getting this account but I thought someone more experienced could help me.

Info about the account:


RAF account which I levelled together with a friend, I then used Kicks Profile to get from 80 to 90. Since then I bought 310% Flying and have (funny enough) been using your profile to gather herbs and ores

and that's all this account has done, I can't remember when I got it, probably about 2-3 weeks ago, I haven't been botting 24/7 but I have been botting for at least 8-14 hours a day.

I don't know what to do, I don't even know what to tell them, it's a bit obvious I was botting... or maybe I could say it's just a toon I gather herbs/ores on while I do other stuff on my main account but I don't even know if I should just take it on the chin and move on, this account has made me about 250-300k already, 150k just from the herbs I sold, saving up all the ghost iron ore for patch day but pretty sure there will be another 100k there.

What should I do?

Do you think if my girlfriend called Blizzard and tells them that she plays on the account and that she just likes to farm herbs and ores while watching TV because it relaxes her or something that it could work or do they know I was using a bot ?

Well, it's a pretty "standard-quote" to be honest. "My brother was playing and he isn't that good, thats why it looked like a bot".

Not sure but.. anything is worth a try. Just think trough the appeal before you send it.
