How do Combat Bot and LazyRaider differ?

I haven't done any raiding with HB so I haven't used or read up on LazyRaider. It kind of sounds a lot like Combat Bot when people talk about it. What's the difference?

As far as I can tell, ultimately, they do the same thing. They both handle the combat portion of the CC while you handle all the movement. But, on the surface, LazyRaider has options you can set while Combat Bot does not. With LR you can manually set a tank to follow, you can adjust fps, you can disable plugins, you can framelock the CC, you can set it run without a tank, etc. Combat is just enabled. No options, no fills, nothing fancy. It's just a botbase that handles the combat portion of the CC.
