How do allow my router to allow traffic to HB servers?

So I was talking with Apoc and he concluded that my router isn't allowing traffic to their servers. I have a Actiontec GT704wg router and dont know what i need to do. im not that great with computers so i dont know where to begin or what to search for. any help would be awesome.

You are having issues connecting to our mesh server. Please open UDP and TCP ports 5031, whitelist HB in your anti-virus, and any other firewalls.

If you are at a school, government, or work building - you may have to contact the system admin to open UDP and TCP ports 5031.

Also, post the contents of your hosts file.

ok so i added the ports, whitelisted HB(i think) and tried logging in again. I make sure im launching wow in the settings HB tells me to. then I launch HB and type in my Key and get this error after adding the ports and doing this, i logged onto auth buddy and it showed i had a session running, so i canceled it and tried again, got the same error, and a new session popped up. repeated that a couple times.

OK, I installed that. then launched wow and then ran HB as admin, and got this.

it's been nearly seven days since I purchased this game and still have not been able to use it. Waiting 1-3 days for a response that doesn't help, I don't understand. Where is all the help?

Windows 7, and there was last night. Ill try to run the bot again and see what that does.

hey dude make sure you got microsoft c++ and netframework 4 , run wow32 bit as admin and hb as admin after you have opened and logged into wow.
