How difficult would it be able to create a CC like this...

How difficult would it be to create a CC that simply has movement and a Pull spell for each class, thus letting PQR take-over. I know we have the plugin IWM but it doesn't feel as smooth as what CC movement does.

Is this something simple that a donation could have made? Or is it likely a lot of effort and not worth the trouble?
