How come my toon is now attacking the zombies just outside the cellar?

I'm currently using the Barb profile by SlippyPete. Is this a profile issue (don't think so, as I changed around a couple of profiles and the problem remains), a plugin issue (I use Sarkorth Kill Wait V1.4b), or a DB issue?
