How can you optimize paths?

I recorded my own path in Sholazar. But there are a few points with trees that the bot gets stuck on. Is there a way/tool to change the path just at those points?

Instead of recording the entire path over and over until its optimal?

P.S> Just started using gatherbuddy and I can say its > silverbolt and ebot for gathering.

How can I add blackspots/blacklist spots. Theres these 2-3 nodes that spawn right beside an elite, and my rogue always dies to it. But about 50 yards from the nodes some other nodes spawn. I want to blacklist the nodes beside the elite, but not the nodes 50 yards away. Any tips?
