How can Trinity check to see if Akarat's is Active?

Hi I would like to modify Trinity to do a few things differently when akaratschampion is active vs. when it is not. Anyone know if there is a command I can use. I looked through crusader.cs and found no such thing. Any help will be great.

Or if there is a feature that can check when was the last time a skill was casted.
