How can I upgrade to Lifetime? Really need help.

I really want to upgrade to Lifetime but when I try to log into the shop it says "You have exceeded the allowed login attempts, your account has been temporarily locked." Can I just make a new account or will that fuck itself up using the same details on the second account?


Bah please help!
