how can i save text document to xml file?

hello , i want to make my own profile , but i don't know how to save text document to xml file .

i have a ready code , i just want to copy it and paste it .

Hello,

Usually, you can do a "Save As", and make sure to select "XML file.
Also, since txt and xml file are kinda same, file based, you can just rename your txt file in xml. (your_file_name.txt => your_file_name.xml)

What editor are you using? You should have the option when saving to change file types to all then you type whatever extension you want in the file name. Like myprofile.txt or myprofile.xml

hello guys thank you for replying , my english is not very good but i hope you can understand me , actually i don't know anything about how profiles are made , and i don't know what is xml file , i got really confused sorry , so i will say what happend from the beggining and i hope someone can help me.

i asked Echotiger to help me on how to make a gathering profile , so he wrote for me a code , and he told me to copy / paste the code on notepad , and make hotspots and add the hotspots inside the code that he makes it for me .

and after that , he said to me to save the notepad as xml file , and i don't know what that means.

so all i want to do is to copy / paste the code and add hotspots on it to make my own profile and than i want to load the profile on honorbuddy and start it.

When you hit save look for the option called file type, change it to all and name your profile and add .xml at the end then hit save.

sorry i don't want to annoy you but i will explain what i did .

i right clicked on my mouse > new > text document > i opened the text document > file > save as > and what should i do after that ? i also don't know what you meant ( add.xml at the end ) , can you explain please?

Yes, and you can only do that if you change the file type to "All Files" otherwise it will always save it as a .txt file

but can you tell me what is the difference between moderator and developer ? lol i actually don't know anything xD
