How can I make my Crusader use Bombardment every physical element time?

I mean..

I want my Crusader use Bombardment

without any Elite/Rare/Unique and trash mobs nearby

when it's physical element time.


like this..

Can anyone help me out for this?


Does anyone know how to edit a script for this issue?

Whats the sense of this?

It should be included in the very last trinity to cast OOC bombardment if CoE phys is up!
